Wellinks ( COPD Virtual Healthcare)

Wellinks is on a mission to empower individuals with COPD, the world's third leading cause of death, through personalized care and support. Our small team is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of those affected by COPD through virtual healthcare and counseling. In just one year, we redesigned our native iOS and Android mobile application with Medical Device Integration and updated our design system with a matching component library. I developed UX Design Principles that have increased our UX maturity and understanding within the company. I also revamped our internal design workflow to integrate with an Agile methodology. Despite lacking a dedicated researcher, we conducted multiple quantitative and qualitative user research studies to validate our designs and create future roadmaps for next stage features.
